Ms. Williams started employment with the City of Bellaire in April of 2012. Williams’s previous experience includes over 16 years in various positions with the City of University City, Mo., including over eight years as Human Resources Specialist and Director of Human Resources.Williams attended Maryville University in St. Louis, Mo. where she earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Organizational Leadership and Psychology. She also holds a Master of Arts Degree in Public Administration and Policy Analysis from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in Edwardsville, Ill. She has been designated an HR Certified Professional by the International Public Management Association (IPMA).
