On Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, the Cities of Bellaire and West University will hold Recycles Fest at Loftin Park (7008 S Rice Avenue, Bellaire, TX 77401). There will be programs, vendors and drop-off site to dispose of recyclables.
