The men drove up from an unknown direction in a dark, possibly four door sedan.  No other description was noted.

The men were well dressed, wearing slacks and button down collared shirts, but with unknown colors. The resident states the men had shorter, dark hair that was in need of a haircut.

The men approached the resident and told him there was a gas leak in the area and needed to check his house. The men proceeded to the home’s rear entrance and the men entered with the resident.  One man fell back and lingered in the laundry area while the other went to the kitchen and began moving the stove.  The man moved the stove a couple of feet and stated they would need to look at the water heater as well.

The resident, already suspicious, told the man he was going to call the police.  The men then left the house.

The victim did not see the direction the men left towards.
