Capital Improvement Program

The City of Bellaire Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is the strategic planning tool used for large projects or ones that span multiple years. Studies, assessments, master plans and staff input are used to develop the CIP. These projects are funded by current revenue, bond proceeds and funds from METRO.

CIP projects can range from planning studies to park enhancements to street and drainage reconstruction projects.

For information on active projects please click on the categories to the left. The FY 2017 CIP was adopted by City Council and can be found here.

It is our goal to provide you information on project awards and approvals by Council as they happen. Our City Council meeting schedule and location can be found here.
